dc.description.abstract | It has been proposed that labour be paid 30 cents per day less than half the Government minimum wage of 63 cents per day with the idea that this sub-economic wage be “topped up” from the profit of the running of the scheme. Whilst this idea doubtless arises from the wish to give the workers a sense of participation and involvement in the scheme, this objective cannot be attained unless details are worked out meticulously in advance. | en_US |
