With a Net enrolment of 80% the government need to be vigilant with the prevailing situation around primary schools otherwise school will end up with increased enrolment For All but not Quality for all. It is recommended that, the government should allocate enough funds in educational budget in order to facilitate the MoEVT to train and recruit more teachers. Also, the district should be given the mandate to employ qualified primary teachers for public schools whenever there is a need.
