Item Factors influencing employee turnover in private security sector in Tanzanai: a case of Security Group Africa-SGA(University of Dar es Salaam, 2016) Chepchumba, CatherineThis study aims at finding out the factors which cause Employees Turnover in Security companies in Tanzania. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to employees of security group Africa and 88 questionnaires were successfully collected. The data collected was analysed through descriptive analysis tools and content analysis for the narratives. Findings show that job related factors like working environment, training, recognition, rewards for good performance and relationship with supervisors influence employees’ turnover. Additionally, the organizational factors such as poor motivation nature of the work and lack of involvements influence employee’s turnover.
