dc.description.abstractIn the year between 2002 and 2003 different government organization went under privatization. In 2003 Tanesco workers together resolved to stick to their guns to prevent the South African company, Net Group Solution from taking over the management of power utility company. On the other side of the coin, the National Microfinance Bank (NMB) workers resolved to take legal action to stop the privatization of the bank prior to payment of their terminal benefits, and in 2002 TBL buys KBL illegally.en_US
