The study recommends that internship programs should be strongly emphasized to university students. During internship, students should be assigned meaningful work to do by work supervisors, ensure enough and quality supervision and structured feedback is provided to interns immediately after completion of their internship. Collaboration between universities and organizations in designing standard education curriculum that fulfil current business demands and internships should be mandatory across all fields to students at the university level. Moreover, there should be government emphasis to students through TCU and NACTE to ensure that there is adherence to the international standards in the provision of practical education and trainings (internship) to university students across all fields. Also the study suggests the areas for further studies that should be conducted in other business companies and other regions across the country.en_US
