Abstract

President Nyerere on Monday held talks with the President of the Council of Minister of Eastern Africa Centre for Research on Oral Traditions and African National Languages (EACROTANAL),Madame Gisele Rabasahala. During the talks, Madame Rabasahala of Madagascar,appealed for moral and material support for the Centre and urged Organisation of African Unity(OAU)member countries to pay their dues to the Centre.
