Follow Mwalimu's example

President Nyerere steps down at the next election. Mwalimu has decided to step down after five terms in office. We need him still, but he in right to step down in order to rest and keep a watchful eye on the country's development under the new president. Of course, we will in many cases need to seek his advice.
