Abstract
The scheme is designed to cover all the land lying within the jurisdiction of the Shoshong Sub-Tribal Authority, being a portion of the Central District and falling under the authority of the Central District Council and of the Ngwato Tribal Authority. It is bounded on the north by the area of the Serov/e Sub-Tribal Authority, on the east by the areas of the Mahalapye and Mookane Sub-Tribal Authorities, the railv/ay defining the boundary for much of its length, on the south by the Kwena Tribal Area, the boundary being defined by the veterinary cordon fence, and on the west by the State Lands.
