These natural attractions have the potential to attract tourist to increase tourist. The purpose of the study was to investigate the low level of tourist investors in tourism in parts of Tanzania with special emphasis of Mikuni National Park (MNP). Simple random and purposive sampling procedures were used to select respondents. Both structured open ended and closed ended questionnaires were used to get information from respondents. Data obtained were coded and analyzed the statistical packaged and Software System (SPSS). The study findings revealed that the MNP area had many attractions including wild animals and other natural attractions like bush flower, sunrise and sunset, game drive, different kinds of birds and trees. Also, MNP had culture assets that attract tourists like the handcrafts (beads, pots, local baskets, clothes) and tradition dances. The presence of above attractions made tourists to visit the area hence increased tourism investment in MNP. The study analysis revealed that tourism investment in MNP was hindered by many factors like poor social services. Transport and communication problems, environmental degradation poor policies and lack of capital. Recommendations to attract more investors in MNP included improvement of basic infrastructure, provision of financial assistance to investors. Promotion of attractions using website, good policies. It was recommended that similar studies be done in other areas of circuit like Ruaha, Bagamoyo, Kitulo, Selou Game Reserve.en_US
