Presidential commission of enquiry into land matters land commission

The authority was first established in 1959, but was after short and ineffectual life, it was superseded by a unit under a conservator, directly responsible to the appropriate minister through the principle secretary. this in turn was replaces by authority, established under the Game parks Laws. The authority has the power to make orders and prohibiting:- a) the use of land for any purposes whatever b) i) the burning or destruction of vegetation ii) the use of agricultural implements or machinery
