Abstract
Heads of state and government of the Southern Africa Development Co-ordination Conference(SADCC) begin their meeting in Arusha today to review the progress of the organisation for the past years and measures to be taken to enhance their cooperation.President Nyerere,hosting the conference,arrived here early yesterday and received the other leaders who arrived in the afternoon.
