Government to help laid off workers

President Nyerere has said that the government will declare redundant some 27000 civil servants in the country as a cost cutting measure. Responding to a message by Dar es Salaam City Councillors read to him at the Karimjee Hall yesterday,President Nyerere however,app-lead to the entire nation to consider how best these people could be employed elsewhere to enable them continue earning a living lawfully.
