dc.description.abstract | There is hereby established an Association of scholars known as the Pan African Association for Prehistory and Related Studies hereinafter referred to as 'the Association'. The official languages of the Association shall be English and French. Provided, however,, that the General Congress may recognize any other language currently used in Africa by scholars in these disciplines as an official language of the Association. The General Congress may on the recommendation of the Permanent Council established by Article IV (i) of this Constitution fix the Headquarters of the Association in any African Country. | en_US |
