Abstract
I have read the above paper with great interest,. The author has performed a most valuable service in bringing the vital subject of livestock control in the Conservation Area to the notice of the Authority. Mr Makacha asked me to correct, comment on and suggest additions to his paper, but I have confined myself to very minor corrections, so this first draft reflects the authorfs ideas, format and content
