This study focused on the determinants of employees’ compliance with mobile operation ethics in Tanzania. The study was guided by three main objectives namely employees’ working environment, employees’ wants and employer-employees relations in relation to their influence on employees’ compliance with ethics. This was an explanatory study design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and some interviews with key informants. The collected information were computed in SPSS version 23.0 Descriptive statistics were used to present the profiles of the respondents whereas correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to show the pattern of relationship between study variables. Findings indicate that the two independent variables, namely ‘working environment’ and ‘employer-employees relations’ were positive and statistically significant on employees’ compliance with ethics as the dependent variable. However ‘employees’ wants’ was found to be positive but statistically insignificant on employees’ compliance with ethics. This implies that employees’ compliance to ethics on mobile operations is influenced by working environment and employer-employees relations. The study recommends that the organization must ensure that employees comply with the goals and objectives of the organization. This is possible if organizations particularly managements play their duties pertaining to the provision of sufficient working environment and good relations with their employees.en_US
