A sample of 150 persons was given a likert scale type questionnaires was used involving CEOs, CFOs, Directors, HoDs, Lecturers, Deans, and operational staff, of which 131 responded, and the results were analyzed by the use of Software Package for Statistical Sciences (SPSS).
