Abstract
President Nyerere yesterday congratulated President Suharto on the occasion of Indonesia's National Day.In his message,Mwalimu said:"On behalf of the Government and people of the United Republic of Tanzania and indeed on my own behalf,I wish to convey to you and to the people of Indonesia our warm and sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of Indonesia's National Day".
