Abstract
President Nyerere has appointed Ndugu Richard E.Mariki the new Director of External Finance in the Ministry of Finance and Planning.The post was previously held by Ndugu D.P. Mutalemwa who has now joined the African Development Bank in Abidjan,Ivory Coast.
