Abstract
Unless there is clear evidence that Britain is going to take a firm action to bring down smith's regime in Southern Rhodesia by December 15, Tanzania will have to honour her word of breaking diplomatic relations with Britain, President Nyerere told reporters at a state house conference only one hour after his arrival from Mbeya where he had talks with president Kaunda of Zambia.
