Abstract
The study assessed the influence of procurement framework agreement on organization performance in private sector. It employed explanatory research design which articulated the relationship between three independent variable namely: supplier’s timely delivery, supplier’s adequate resources capacity and quality of supplies delivered; and organization performance as a dependent variable. The study used both primary data collected using questionnaire and secondary data collected through documentary review. Descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis were the main data analysis techniques conducted to capture the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Findings suggest that all three independent variables are positive and statistically significant in explaining the dependent variable. The implication of the results is that organization performance in private sector is largely influenced by supplier’s timely delivery, supplier’s adequate resource capacity and supplier’s quality delivered as procurement framework agreement variables. Therefore, private sector entities largely advances through procurement framework since it is the practice fostering acquisition of supplier’s on a timely basis at The quality and price thus assuring delivering of duties for that matter.
