The emphasis was on the use of IT on enhancing quality awareness, improving product quality, and reducing quality related costs. The study involved reviewing different literatures on quality management and how IT enhances quality management. It is realized that IT will have impact on quality management if and only if it is used in quality management. The literature review lead in development of research model in which the use of IT on quality management process was operationalized through leadership, strategic planning process, human resource utilization, output quality assurance, information and analysis, customer satisfaction, prevention costs, appraisal costs, and internal/external failure costs. Data was collected by means of interview, direct observation, archival records, and questionnaire in the case study organization (Coca-Cola Kwanza Bottlers Ltd) Dar es Salaam Tanzania. It has been found that the introduction of IT on quality management has moderately enhanced quality awareness, improved product quality, and reduced quality costs.
