| dc.description.abstract | This is a much needed project. It would not have been required if the NCA leadership had been doing its job properly over the last 10 years, but now the Authority/Maasai relationship is in such bad shape that drastic measures are required to restore it. Hence my stong support for this proposal. But the project as presented only covers one half of the problem, indeed the second half, dealing with the presentaiton of the Authority to the Maasai.
