Here, the problems affecting teaching of these students after being employed as teachers are discovered, (See 4.1). It was also discovered that provision of Braille working materials and services would enable these teachers cope with their fellow sighted in working. It was found that teaching for these teachers needs proper training that considers their impairment (See 4.2). Task three assessed conditions influencing employment of these teachers and how the government can improve their working conditions.
