The study thus reveals weaknesses like resource wastage in time, paper, man-hour and the lack of correlation between the exercise, individual's effort and organization's productivity. The study further suggests employing stronger methods like 360 degree evaluation techniques, customer appraisals technique or even the current computerized performance appraisal.
