In addition the study identified services given to rehabilitee children as food, shelter, medical care, education, vocational training, and talents development. All of these services were made possible due to support given to NGOs by donor’s agencies private companies, individuals, and the Government, however, the study identified problems that limit the NGOs efforts to complete their mission to be shortage of funds to carry out their operations, lack of community and Government support, poor working environment, poor educational background and lack of trust among children. It is recommended that the Government allocates some funds to assist NGOs that are doing well as well as to establish Government centres that will serve the same purpose.
