Moreover, studied sample population was purposively and randomly chosen from the PCB Headquarters, Dar es Salaam and Mbeya regional offices. Findings show that, utilization of public health services are negatively influenced by procedures of getting medical treatment, refund and health care delivery services. Little knowledge about medical privileges is also an influencing factor. It is therefore recommended that, the existing standing orders has to be reviewed, Procedures for getting medical treatment and refund are to be made available to employee. The employees should be encouraged to use public health facilities where it will be easy to get treatment.en_US
