Once again our nine countries representing the free peoples of Southern Africa have met on Tanzania soil to analyse application of strategy for our economic independence and development. In Arusha the stage for so many historic events for Africa and in particular for our region, we have felt the fraternal, militant embrace of the noble and openhearted Tanzanian people, traditional rearguard for the liberation of the African sub-continue.
