The study deployed a case study design; a total 20 respondents were purposively sampled, and the data were gathered using interviews, and documentary review. The study found that, the practice of internal communication in EWURA was both formal and informal. It was also realized that, employees worked in line with the communication strategy formulated. This made everyone consider oneself as part of the organization and work hard. Eventually, they made the organization strong. The study recommends that, the knowledge in communication to employees must be provided; EWURA need to establish regular meeting with employees so as to discuss workers problems. On the other hand, EWURA must broaden the bottom-up way of communication so that employees should communicate with the management freely whenever necessary.enComunication in managementOrganizationEnergy and Water utilities Regulatory AuthoritiesTanzaniaAn assessment of internal communication strategy in strengthening an organization: a case of energy and water utilities regulatory authority (EWURA)Thesis
