The hypothesis of the work was communication strategies of Tanzania Ambassadors and High Commissioners abroad have increased awareness of foreign Investors to invest in Zanzibar. The study was guided by the assumption that the communication strategies of the Embassies were created and promoted and given enough resources to comply with the new demands. Data for the study were gathered from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC), 21 Tanzania missions abroad, Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), Zanzibar Investment Promotion Authority (ZIPA), current foreign direct investors and Tanzania foreign missions websites by using questionnaires, interviews, documentaries and observations.
