The main objective was to assess e-procurement adoption and performance at coca cola kwanza company. The study employed quantitative research approach through case study strategy. Results from this study revealed that the company adopted various electronic procurement (e-procurement) categories such as electronic tendering (E-Tendering), electronic sourcing (E-sourcing), electronic auction (E-auction), electronic informing (E-informing) and electronic market (E-market) to enhance their procurement performance. On the performance benefits obtained from e-procurement adoption are; improved inventory usage and control; updated inventory record keeping; improved departmental coordination; reduced clients’ service time; considerable improvement in payment processing; timely feedback from suppliers on performance of the procuring process; improved efficiency of monitoring company’s projects; and reduction of ordering costs. Conducted regression analysis revealed that the regression line explained 88.7 percent of variation in procurement performance of the organization with respective e-procurement categories adopted by the company had a significant impact on their procurement performance.
