The researcher explained historical background of the study, statement of the problem, objective of the study which was divided into two parts namely general objective and three specific objectives, three research questions, three hypotheses and significance of the study, limitation of the study, organization of the study were formed. Researcher dealt with literature relating to the study, various books and research reports relevant to the study were reviewed. Researcher also presented research methodology, 10 listed companies were involved into study, out of these 6 companies which satisfied criteria set were selected; the researcher used interview, observations and documentations as the method of collecting data. Data were analyzed by using the following tools, these were: Daily returns, Security returns variability, average security returns variability, average abnormal returns, cumulative abnormal returns and T-test.The researcher presented and discussed results of the study.
