The study surveyed the Graduate Managers along Dar es Salaam City. The primary objective is to explore the effect of education on the performance of the GOEs. Specific objectives were to determine whether the level and type of education are significant variables that affect the GOEs performance. Primary data collection method was used whereby 100 questionnaires were distributed at last the researcher managed to collect response from 60 respondents which is 60%. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multi linear regression model. The study employed quantitative data analysis particularly in the various techniques of handling primary data. The unit of analysis was GOEs. Findings indicated that both the level and type of education have no significant effect on the performance of GOEs. Also hypothesis test indicated that level of education is positive related with GOEs performance conversely to the type of education.
