The study was based on three specific objectives, namely, to investigate the inventory management techniques used by Mwananchi Communication Ltd, determine the nature of relationship between inventory management on organizational performance, and finally, explore the challenges faced the process of inventory management. Data was generated using the questionnaires, oral interviews. Data was analyzed and printed in table and simple percentages. The finding indicates that three is significant relationship between good inventory management has significant effect on organizational productivity. The study recommends that organizational productivity.
