Participation can assume different forms and express itself in diverse manners; it can be direct or indirect. History based different ways of involvement of peoples in governance, but it also has many examples of dictatorial rule. The ides of democracy has changed considerably overtime. This capacity to adjust and improve is universally accept as superior over others. It is important to remember that democracy describes more than a political system. In fact, it also represents social relationships, values and guarantees, equal opportunities for all citizens, the rule of Law, civil liberties protection of ministries, to wit but a few. Within the sphere of this concept, the idea of participatory democracy acquires a new meaning today and it requires wider spaces. The evaluation of participative interventions in the social and political space proposes fresh challenges. In this context, the consideration for citizen participation in law making process is necessary, Laws do develop mechanism of ensuring that the people participate in the making of their laws.
