The study focused on the impact of strategic HRM Practices on organization effectiveness. The objective of this study was to examine the impact of strategic HRM Practices in manufacturing companies and Coca Cola Company (Kwanza Bottlers), in particulars was taken as a sample for other Manufacturing Companies. This was taken because it is among the stable and long established manufacturing companies in Tanzania. The presented review of related literature for expanding an understanding of the key issues involved the impact of strategic Human Resource management Practices on Organization effectiveness was referred from different Authors on the same topic of study. Methodology in this regard covers: study design and, sampling techniques, data collection methods and Data collected were analyzed and presented using tabular and percentage methods. Data were collected by using interviews, document review and questionnaires with open and close ended questionnaires methods.A sample of sixty respondents was drawn from Coca Cola Company (KWANZA BOTTLERS), Dar es Salaam and both quantitative and qualitative methods were used in data analysis. The findings and discussions on the research questions and various issues to the whole process of the impact of Strategic HRM Practices on organization effectiveness practices on Organization effectiveness Practiced by the company and roles played different actors. The chapter also discussed the findings on research questions, managerial implications and recommendations and finally concluded the matter by providing conclusions, summary, recommendations and areas for further studies. Generally, the findings indicated that Coca Cola Company (KWANZA BOTTLERS Dar es Salaam is a customers need driven manufacturing Company. with high quality products and services. in general were found to be reasonably effective. However, some shortfalls within and without the Coca Cola Company (KWANZA BOTTLERS Dar es salaam were observed, the internal capacity to formulate and handle administration effectiveness was found unsatisfactory as has not been well managed due to non effectiveness Strategic HRM Practices in a Coca Cola Company (KWANZA BOTTLERS) Organization Manufacturing Company.
