A total number of 68 respondents who were involved in the study were identified purposively. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentary review, interviews, observations and focus group discussion. The qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis technique. Quantitative data were analyzed with the aid of the Statistical Package of social Sciences (SPSS) Program.
