This is what Mwalimu Nyerere told the first Summit of the Organisation of Africa Unity (OAU) and as if to test whether Mwalimu was serious, the OAU appointed Tanzania the seat for the liberation committee.So the question now is ,whether as we mark our 16th Uhuru anniversary, we have lived up our word on liberation
