Ten Surgical conditions

Abstract

This dissertation conforms to the requirements for the award of the degree of master of medicine in the Surgery according to the regulations of the University of Dar es Salaam. It consists of ten surgical conditions seen and partly managed by the author. It has been divided into four parts. The first part consists of five general surgical conditions, while the second part one pediatric condition. The third part consists of two urological conditions while the fourth, two Orthopaedic and trauma conditions. A typical case is presented for each condition. Literature is reviewed and current concepts, opinions, and treatment is presented followed by relevant discussion.
