Ten surgical conditions

This dissertation conforms to the requirements for the award of the degree of Master of Medicine in Surgery according to the regulations of the University of Dar es Salaam. It consists of ten surgical conditions seen and partly or aitirely managed by the author. It has been divided into four parts. The first part consists of five general surgical conditions, while the second part one pediatric condition. Third part consists of two urological conditions while the fourth. Two orthopaedic and trauma conditions. A typical case is presented for each condition. Literature is reviewed and current concepts, opinions, and treatment is presented allowed by relevant discussion.
