The study revolves around the International and Regional Conventions relating to terrorism and human rights together with UN Security Council’s Resolutions and Protocols. The Study is organized into five Chapters each giving an insight on a particular area. The first chapter is a general introduction giving a theory of terrorism and fundamental rights and freedoms. Chapter two deals with International and Regional Conventions relating to terrorism and Chapter three is about International and Regional Conventions relating to human rights. Chapter four concerns terrorism in Tanzania. It covers legislative and administrative measures taken by Tanzania in countering terrorism.
