Advancement in mobile technology has made Internet and mobile services as tools that support socio-economicactivities across the globe. Numerous firmsare nowadays use web applications and mobile servicessuch as mobile payments insupport ofonline business ecosystemeven in places where digital-infrastructure sufferslots of challenges. However, the current mode of operation of mobile and Internet services does not allow seamless integration, one of the reasonsbeing mobile network operators be frightenedofcomplexityofInternet flooding attacks, whichmaylead tototal failure of componentsincell larinfrastructure. This study designed dynamic network-flood avoidance model based on inspiration of ants’ colony optimization technique, which enhance equality of service measures for integration of mobile payment services into the Internet. The study used data collected from secondary sources to establish mobile payments traffic that used in experimenting the designed model. The experiment used Discrete-time Markov chain to establish performance analytical model, which used in performance evaluation of the model using Mean Value Analysis (MVA) method to examine relationship between variables of designed model against similar recognized solutions. The findings of the experiments substantiate dynamic nature of the designed model, such that it manages to wedge the interfaces whose band width grows above 58.4% of total utilization. Moreover, using Stream Control Transport Protocol, the model observed to shift primary route to alternative path when the former’s bandwidth utilization proved to be under network flood attack to avoid stagnation. The study paves ways for future crosscutting studies around mobile services and IP networks.en_US
