Abstract

In the second installment. of a three-part series,staff Writer ATTILIO TAGALILE examines Dar es Salaam regional Party and government leaders' role in assisting villages in their agriculture endeavor and sums up that during President Nyerere tour in the villages,there was literally no evidence to indicate tangible efforts,on the part of the leaders,in assisting and guiding the villagers in their economic development.
