dc.description.abstract | This dissertation is submitted in partial fulfillment for the award of the degree of Masters in Medicine (Mmed) of the University of Dar es Salaam. It comprises of three sections. Sections one and two consists of ten gynaecolocal and ten obstetrics condition which are encountered it the practice of obstetric and gynaecology. Discussion on the important features is presented in each case. Section three is a research done over six month period on comparison between the Misgav Ladach and Munro Kerr’s Caesarean Section techniques at Muhimbili Medical Centre. | en_US |
