Abstract
This work consists of three sections, namely General Surgery, Urology and Orthopaedics and Trauma. General Surgery is comprised of five common conditions as scen at Muhimbili Medical Centre, Urology of three such conditions and Orthopaedics and Trauma two. A typical case is presented for each condition, and literature is reviewed. A conclusion is drawn after discussion in each condition.
