Mwalimu hits out at "Africa's failure"

President Nyerere told Reuters interviewers in Dar es Salaam that Africa had behaved like a bunch of children in failing to come out in full support of the organization for Africa Unity's resolutions, calling for the break of diplomatic relations with Britain over Rhodesia
