A Bio-Economic model of harvested prey with disease infection in the presence of predator was formulated and analysed. The model describes three types of interacting animal populations as susceptible prey, infected prey and predator with incorporation of harvesting susceptible prey. The boundness and positivity were analysed quantitatively and found that the model is well posed. The equilibrium points were determined and the stability analysis of these points was examined qualitatively. The global stability of co¬existence was also studied qualitatively by proving a respective Lyapunov function and found that the point was globally asymptotically stable. Numerical simulations of the model were done and concluded that there must be a controlled harvesting effort and the optimal harvesting policy towards susceptible prey and a clear treatment of the disease infected prey must be found in order to maintain the ecosystem (the community of interacting system).en_US
