Abstract
Party Chairman Mwalimu Nyerere said yesterday that from now onward the Party will deal with workers who draw salaries without performing their duties effectively.He said it would be wrong to expect ministries and other institutions to take action against such people because there could be tendencies of favoritism or avoidance of responsibilities.
