Abstract
With the widespread acceptance of lower prices and process quality standards as a way of life among commercial companies, the playing field tends to level out to some degree. Then this happens, its only natural that a customers attention should shift to another characteristics of the interaction with a supplier: the quality of service (QoS). Though much have been written about quality of service yet no empirical study has been done to analyse its effect to organization development. The descriptive and statistical analysis was developed to analyze the effect of QoS to operator business performance and establish the gravity of each QoS factors to organization success with a special focus to telecommunication industry. The study described some of the major drivers for service excellence and: introduced the capabilities ; an enterprise must have for operators to achieve service excellence. The study revealed that Operator need to address and monitor its performance through visibility into the end-to end QoS, while enforcing service assurance processes across problem handling, service problem management, and human resource problem management. The emphasis on QoS delivered by an organization will continue to grow as a key component of future organizational success.
