He served the University from 1961-1965 and for four years he oversaw both the construction of the campus as well as the establishment of new faculties.Prof. Cranford was born in October 8, 1926 (Happy 94th Birthday Anniversary) he grew up in Montreal-Canada; he died on September 4, 2016.
