    Assessment of Tanzania’s small farmers and small business owners behavior on using commercial banks services: a case of Dodoma Municipality

    This study assessed the behavior of small farmers and small business owners on using commercial bank services. It focused on finding out how these two groups were using commercial bank services on their day to day lives, and how they appreciate the services rendered. Primary and secondary data has been used on this study to find their satisfaction and recommendations on the commercial banks management and public at large. The data was collected through structured questionnaires, interviews, consultations and direct observations made by a researcher. Content and comparative analysis was used to analyze primary data. The study found out that, these two groups of Tanzania appreciate the services rendered by commercial banks, although they recommended for some changes and improvements when rendering the services. The overall impression of the services rendered declared to be positive, with 60% and 45.5? % of small farmers and small business owners respectively. 100% of small farmers recommended to those Tanzania who are not using commercial bank services to join with it 93.3% of small farmers recommended to Tanzania to join with commercial banks services.
